Feta salmon quiche

This feta salmon quiche, has all the ingredients we love to eat.  It is a delicious addition for our brunch, or anytime we feel like eating something that’s easy to make.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 frozen pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • ⅔ c milk
  • ¼ package of smoked salmon
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Spread crumbled feta evenly on the bottom of pie -crust.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and black pepper.
  3. Slice smoked salmon into small strips.
  4. Chop parsley leaves into small pieces.
  5. Add both the salmon strips and chopped parsley into to egg mixture and pour into the pie crust over the feta cheese.
  6. For garnish, sprinkle extra feta, and add more parsley on top.
  7. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes.
