• A box of defrosted filo dough

Instructions

1. Cut filo dough into 3 even strips (about 3" wide each)
2. Brush with oil or butter.
3. Place your favorite filling at one end of the strip of the filo
4. Fold to form a triangle.
5. With the pointed end fold again to the opposite side.
6. Repeat until you get to the end of your strip, and make the final fold
