Ingredients
  • 2½-5pound pork loin, trimmed of fat
  • 2-4 cups barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 2-3 onions, chopped
  • 6-8 hamburger buns
Instructions
  1. Place pork loin in a Crock Pot (slow cooker).
  2. Top with onion, apple juice and barbecue sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, or until meat is tender.
  4. Remove pork for slow cooker and shred with a fork.
  5. Add pork back into slow cooker and coat with sauce.
  6. Serve BBQ pulled pork on hamburger buns, or with rice.
