Ingredients
- 1 large spaghetti squash
- Sea salt and ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- Cut the squash in half, lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Fill the bottom of a baking dish, with ½ inch of water, and place the cut squash face down.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until tender. (poke with a knife to test)
- When ready, remove from oven and let the squash cool.
- Using a fork, scrape out the squash pulp which looks like spaghetti.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
