Ingredients
  • 1 medium butternut squash
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbs. packed brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 f. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Cut squash into small cubes
  3. Combine squash, brown sugar, oil, garlic and salt in a bowl. Toss well to evenly coat squash.
  4. Spread squash in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake, stirring occasionally . Continue baking until tender, and golden.
