Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 handful fresh kale
- 3 handfuls fresh spinach
- 1 medium mango (halved, peeled, seeded & chopped)
- 1 medium apple, (cored & cut into wedges)
- 1 large orange (peeled & halved)
- 1-½ ice cubes
- 1 Tbs. flaxseed (optional)
- 1 Scoop of protein powder (optional)
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender place almond milk, kale & spinach. Blend until all greens turn into liquid.
- Add mango, orange, apple & blend until smooth.
- Add flaxseed, protein powder(optional) and blend.
- Add ice cubes and blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency.
- Pour smoothie into mason jars and enjoy!
- (Makes 4 servings (about 1 cup each)
