Ingredients
  • 2 cups green tea cooled
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1½ cups kale
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 large apple
  • 2 Tbsp. ground flax seed
  • 2 Tbsp. hemp seed
  • 2 Tbsp. organic cocoa
  • ½ cup Aloe gel
Instructions
  1. Place the cooled tea, spinach and Kale in a high speed blender and blend until juice like consistency.
  2. Add all the frozen fruits, and rest of the ingredients and blend some more until the smoothie is creamier in consistency.
