Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 handful fresh kale
  • 3 handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1 medium mango (halved, peeled, seeded & chopped)
  • 1 medium apple, (cored & cut into wedges)
  • 1 large orange (peeled & halved)
  • 1-½ ice cubes
  • 1 Tbs. flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 Scoop of protein powder (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a high-speed blender place almond milk, kale & spinach. Blend until all greens turn into liquid.
  2. Add mango, orange, apple & blend until smooth.
  3. Add flaxseed, protein powder(optional) and blend.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend until smoothie reaches desired consistency.
  5. Pour smoothie into mason jars and enjoy!
  6. (Makes 4 servings (about 1 cup each)
