This feta salmon quiche, has all the ingredients we love to eat. It is a delicious addition for our brunch, or anytime we feel like eating something that’s easy to make.

Ingredients
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 frozen pie crust
- 4 eggs
- ⅔ c milk
- ¼ package of smoked salmon
- ¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread crumbled feta evenly on the bottom of pie -crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and black pepper.
- Slice smoked salmon into small strips.
- Chop parsley leaves into small pieces.
- Add both the salmon strips and chopped parsley into to egg mixture and pour into the pie crust over the feta cheese.
- For garnish, sprinkle extra feta, and add more parsley on top.
- Bake at 325F for 45 minutes.
