Turkey patties

These turkey patties were a  great choice for our Easter Sunday brunch. They are easy, great tasting,  and a good source of protein.

Ingredients
  • 24 oz ground turkey
  • 2 cup of old bread wet. Squeeze excess water
  • 2 small red grated onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. minced fresh rosemary
  • 2 tsp. minced fresh sage
  • Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey,bread,grated onion, egg, minced rosemary, minced sage and salt and pepper.
  2. Cover the bowl, and chill for about 30 minutes or so.
  3. Form into twenty four 31/2 -inch patties.
  4. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray,and over medium -high heat cook the patties until browned and cooked through. About 2 minutes on each side.
