Ingredients
- 4 5-7 oz tilapia fish filets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1½ tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp capers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the tilapia filets into a pyrex or other oven baking dish.
- Top with olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary and capers.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, or until fish is cooked and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with tomato & spinach salad
