Tilapia with rosemary

Tilapia with rosemary, lemon and capers, is an easy and fast dinner.

Ingredients
  • 4 5-7 oz tilapia fish filets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1½ tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Place the tilapia filets into a pyrex or other oven baking dish.
  2. Top with olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary and capers.
  3. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10-15 minutes, or until fish is cooked and flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Serve with tomato & spinach salad
