Roasted Garlic
Roasted garlic is amazing. If you like garlic and have never had it this way before, we dare you to give it a try – you will be so happy you did. The roasting process caramelizes the garlic and releases all of its sweetness. We like to roast more than one head of garlic because it refrigerates and freezes well. Roasted garlic can be used in casseroles, soups, and as a spread on crackers, bread, hummus etc. It’s delicious!
