Ingredients
- 1-½ cups of almond milk
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1 medium guava peeled
- 1 scoop of protein powder of choice
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
Instructions
- Place almond milk and spinach in a high speed blender and, blend well.
- Add guava, also protein powder and chia seeds and blend some more until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy
