Ingredients
- 2 cups green tea cooled
- 2 cups spinach
- 1½ cups kale
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 large apple
- 2 Tbsp. ground flax seed
- 2 Tbsp. hemp seed
- 2 Tbsp. organic cocoa
- ½ cup Aloe gel
Instructions
- Place the cooled tea, spinach and Kale in a high speed blender and blend until juice like consistency.
- Add all the frozen fruits, and rest of the ingredients and blend some more until the smoothie is creamier in consistency.
