1 cup fresh spinach
1 stalk celery
1 cup fresh mint
Juice all and stir. Serve immediately. Makes 1 serving
VEGGIE DELIGHT
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
1 beet
1 apple
Juice all and stir. Serve immediately. Makes 1 serving
KALE APPLE JUICE
3 carrots
2 stalks of celery
1 apple
3 leaves of kale
1/2 cup parsley
Juice all ingredients, stir and serve. Makes 2 servings
