This is a very delicious smoothie, full of protein and great for breakfast
Ingredients
- A handful of organic baby kale
- A handful of organic baby spinach
- 1 slice of honeydew melon
- 3 mint leaves
- 1 tsp of chia seeds
- 1 cup of ice
- ½ cup of vanilla 2% Greek yogurt
- 1 cup of almond milk
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth, and serve.
