Graham Cracker Crust

Graham cracker crust makes a nice pie crust for all kinds of desserts, with just two ingredients. Butter & Graham crackers.

PROCESS THE GRAHAM CRACKERS
Break the graham crackers into a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Add any other dry ingredients called for in your recipe. Pulse until the crackers form fine crumbs.

TRANSFER THE CRUMBS TO A BOWL
Transfer the crumb mixture to a mixing bowl, using a silicone spatular to scrape all of it out of the work bowl.

STIR IN THE MELTED BUTTER
Add the melted butter to the crumb mixture according to your recipe, and mix well until evenly moistened. (Alternatively, leave the crumbs in the processor and pulse in the melted butter and any other ingredients, as directed in the recipe above.

PRESS THE CRUMBS INTO THE PAN
Pour the crumb mixture into a pie plate or the pan specified in your recipe (here, a springform pan). using your fingertips, press the crumb mixture evenly onto the pan bottom and up the sides, if called for.
