- A box of defrosted filo dough
Instructions
- Cut filo dough into 3 even strips (about 3" wide each)
- Brush with oil or butter.
- Place your favorite filling at one end of the strip of the filo
- Fold to form a triangle.
- With the pointed end fold again to the opposite side.
- Repeat until you get to the end of your strip, and make the final fold
