No flour banana pancakes, a great alternative to pancakes.
Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup almond butter
- 3 Tbsp. Flaxseed
- 8 Tbsps. of water
- 1 Tbsp. of vanilla plant based protein
- ½ Tbsp. cinnamon
- cooking spray
Instructions
- In a blender, combine bananas, eggs, almond butter flaxseed, water, protein and cinnamon and blend until smooth
- Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray and cook over medium heat, about 2 minutes on each side or until pancakes rise slightly, cook through and look brown.
- Serve with extra bananas or blueberries on top. Honey or maple syrup.
