Banana protein pancakes

 

Banana protein pancakes ( no flour)

No flour banana pancakes, a great alternative to pancakes.
Ingredients
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Flaxseed
  • 8 Tbsps. of water
  • 1 Tbsp. of vanilla plant based protein
  • ½ Tbsp. cinnamon
  • cooking spray
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine bananas, eggs, almond butter flaxseed, water, protein and cinnamon and blend until smooth
  2. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray and cook over medium heat, about 2 minutes on each side or until pancakes rise slightly, cook through and look brown.
  3. Serve with extra bananas or blueberries on top. Honey or maple syrup.
