Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg for eggwash (optional)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper..
- Combine almond flour with baking powder.
- Add yogurt to the flour and mix well with a spatula.
- Knead the dough for about 3-5 minutes.
- Roll the dough into one log, and divide into 6 sections.
- Shape into bagels
- Brush with egg wash for a golden glossy finish, and sprinkle with sesame seeds or toping of choice
