Ingredients
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg for eggwash (optional)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper..
  3. Combine almond flour with baking powder.
  4. Add yogurt to the flour and mix well with a spatula.
  5. Knead the dough for about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Roll the dough into one log, and divide into 6 sections.
  7. Shape into bagels
  8. Brush with egg wash for a golden glossy finish, and sprinkle with sesame seeds or toping of choice
  9. (optional)
  10. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden on the top.
Notes
Nutrition may vary based on ingredients used.
For this recipe we use Fa- ye Greek yogurt and Greenwise almond flour.
