Ingredients
  • 5 large ripe Bananas
  • 5 Tbsp. Organic Cocoa
  • 4 Tbsp. PB2 peanut butter powder
  • 4 Scoops Organic plant protein powder (or protein of choice)
  • Chocolate morsels or walnuts ( both optional)
  • Powder sugar ( optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C).
  2. Use a large to bowl to mash the bananas into a smooth puree.
  3. Use a spatula to sttir in the peanut butter powder and cocoa powder, and protein powder until the mix looks like brownie batter.
  4. (The batter should be moist and not dry.)
  5. Pour batter into a 6x6 greased baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate morsels on the top or walnuts (optional)
  7. Bake for about 35-40 minutes OR until you insert a toothpick and it comes out mostly clean.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool fully.
  9. Cut into squares, sprinkle powder sugar (optional) and enjoy
Notes
If you like the brownies slightly sweeter, add ½ a cup of maple syrup to the batter.
Baking time varies, so check with a toothpick to make sure its done.
