Ingredients
- 2½-5pound pork loin, trimmed of fat
- 2-4 cups barbecue sauce
- 1 cup apple juice
- 2-3 onions, chopped
- 6-8 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Place pork loin in a Crock Pot (slow cooker).
- Top with onion, apple juice and barbecue sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, or until meat is tender.
- Remove pork for slow cooker and shred with a fork.
- Add pork back into slow cooker and coat with sauce.
- Serve BBQ pulled pork on hamburger buns, or with rice.
