These turkey patties were a great choice for our Easter Sunday brunch. They are easy, great tasting, and a good source of protein.

Ingredients
- 24 oz ground turkey
- 2 cup of old bread wet. Squeeze excess water
- 2 small red grated onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. minced fresh rosemary
- 2 tsp. minced fresh sage
- Sea salt and ground pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey,bread,grated onion, egg, minced rosemary, minced sage and salt and pepper.
- Cover the bowl, and chill for about 30 minutes or so.
- Form into twenty four 31/2 -inch patties.
- Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray,and over medium -high heat cook the patties until browned and cooked through. About 2 minutes on each side.
