No bake energy bites, made with oats, flaxseed, chocolate chip
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup ground flaxseed meal
- ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
- ½ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl combine all ingredients together.
- Form into 1" inch ball bites using your hands.
- Arrange bites on a baking sheet.
- Freeze until set (about an hour)
