Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of organic kale (14-16 cups) stems removed
- 2 tablespoons organic extra virgin coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare kale by removing leaves from hard stems, and chopping leaves to bite size.
- Place kale in a salad spinner, wash well and pat dry with a towel.
- Drizzle with coconut oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Toss with hands to make sure all leaves are coated evenly.
- Cover two baking sheets with aluminum foil, and spread kale without overlapping
- Bake until the leaves look crispy and brown. About 8-10 minutes.
