Ingredients
- 1½ lbs of 93% fat free ground turkey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 4 large fresh ripe tomatoes
- Add a tbsp of tomato paste (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Ground black pepper and sea salt to taste
- Gluten free pasta
Instructions
- Heat up oil and brown ground turkey over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic and cook until tender.
- Put tomatoes in blender and pulverize.
- Add water, fresh tomato pulp, tomato paste, and spices. Stir well and simmer uncovered for desired consistency.
- In the meantime, boil the water and cook the gluten free spaghetti.
- Serve sauce over pasta, with Parmesan cheese on the top.
