Green Bean Salad with Feta

Ingredients
- 12 oz Green beans trimmed
- 1 Red onion chopped
- 3-4 Tbsp. Fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 2 Radishes thinly sliced
- ¼ Cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tsp. Fresh oregano (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 5 cherry tomatoes cut in half
- Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
- Steam green beans for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer beans to a bowl and add the onion, cilantro, radishes, crumbled feta and oregano.
- Add pepper to taste.
- Whisk the vinegar and olive oil together and then pour over the salad. Toss and mix well.
- Transfer to a serving platter, add tomato wedges and chill till ready to serve.
