No bake energy bites, made with oats, flaxseed, chocolate chip
Ingredients
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup ground flaxseed meal
  • ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a bowl combine all ingredients together.
  2. Form into 1" inch ball bites using your hands.
  3. Arrange bites on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze until set (about an hour)
